DIY Easter Egg Chalks

Easter is quickly approaching!
How cute would these little DIY Easter Egg Chalks look in your kiddos Easter basket this year?

Skip to my Lou has an EASY tutorial over on their site on how to make these cute little eggs!

 First, gather your supplies:
Eggs
Acrylic or Latex Paint
Primer
Non-Sanded White Grout
220-150 Sandpaper
Foam Paint Brushes
Something to mix the paint in

 Apply one coat of primer.

She then mixed 1/4 cup of acrylic paint with 1 1/2 teaspoons of non-sanded grout. Mix it up well. Paint two generous coats of paint, allowing each layer to dry before adding the next. Once the two layers are dry, LIGHTLY sand the entire egg. Wipe away dust with a damp cloth. She repeated this process until she had 6 coats of paint.

Wait for the egg to completely dry before writing on it with chalk.

Super cute, huh??  Thanks Skip to my Lou!
